Pricing information:

Retail prices, as displayed on this site, do not include VAT. 15% VAT is added during checkout depending on customer's country, as follows:

EU Customers: Customers residing in a EU country will be charged with 15% VAT. EU Companies can provide their valid EU VAT ID so that they will be exempted from VAT.

Customers outside EU: Customers residing in a country outside EU, will not be charged with any VAT. However, other custom fees may apply depending on their country's regulations.

Wholesale prices can be made available to companies after request by email.

 

Order confirmation and order validation:

We will confirm your order by e-mail. Order confirmation is normally sent after we have validated your order. Please note that this process can take up to 24 Hours.


Payment:

We accept payments in advance by

- Credit cards (securely through PayPal)

- Paypal account

- Bank Deposit

Right after your order with Paypal, you will be transfered automatically to the ssl-secured webpage of PayPal (www.paypal.com), where you will be able to log-in to your account and make the payment.

Shipping and Delivery of Products

Your order will be processed on the next business day. We will endeavour to deliver it to you as soon as possible after having received your payment, provided the goods are in stock. Please note that the delivery time depends on your country and the delivery method selected during checkout. All items are shipped from our warehouses in Cyprus or Greece.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

S.A.L / Ground Shipping; This is is the normal ground shipping service. Delivery time: 3 weeks.

EMS / Datapost; Fast, safe, reliable delivery. They are cleared from customs immediately (top priority). Delivery time: 4-5 business days.

Note: For delivery to U.S.A. please add min. 3 business days to the above delivery times.

After sending the products, you will receive an email with the Tracking Number of your order. You can track it online from the following website:

We are always open to suggestions and we encourage feedback to help us to improve our service levels. If you have any feedback, enquiries or comments then please let us know by email. You can also log in to your account and write a review for the products you purchased.


Product information and product images:

Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.


Confidentiality of personal details

Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you regular email bulletins (If requested). If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details. No credit card information is stored in our website; all this info is processed securely only by Paypal after checkout, world's leading online payment gateway.


Suitability of products:


Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item that you have ordered is suitable for your car based on the information that we have published on our website. If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of any product for your vehicle then please contact us for further advice before ordering.

Return Policy:

Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery - We do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering.

- Correct parts supplied: If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

- Incomplete/damaged/incorrect or faulty deliveries: If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit, have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty - In this case we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.

Please note: All damaged deliveries must be notified within 2 days of delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond these periods.
